Born and raised in the Washington Metropolitan Area, Alvergia humbly aligned her passion and purpose to graciously impact the lives of women and girls both domestically and internationally.
As the CEO and Founder of Sisters Inspiring Sisters Incorporated (SIS); formally Metropolitan Ladies of Camelot over 20 years, Alvergia is a reputable women/girls advocate. She serves on the Board of Directors and Motivational Panels, Podcasts and support the mission and mantra, “Connect, Uplift and Build…One Sister At A Time”
Alvergia earned degrees in Human Resources Management, Business Administration and experienced as a Professional Life Coach/Mentor.
The devotion derived from the lack of unity and harmony resulting in self esteem inadequacies and related traumas to include mental health. In return, these set-backs have led to victorious outcomes and the creation of amazing self development & enhancement workshops, Empower Hour programs and community outreach collaborations.
This amazing mission has reached across the world: Jamaica (West Indies), Sierra Leone (West Africa) and Ghana West (West Africa) via Tools for School (Back Pack & Books Drive) and Osu Orphanage (Food Drive).
